BIM 360 Docs: Define more information when upload a file.

When uploading a new document it would be nice to comment that new version.

It is importend to knew whats new in this document Version.

It's a very good idea. Instead of going back after uploading and need to put a desciption. It would work even better if you can put a comment for several file at once when you uploading. that could directly go to Sets maybe?
