We are planning to use BIM 360 Docs as docs manager during the SP approval period, ideal workflow would be subs uploading documents to be approved and professionals review and approve them, everything on BIM 360 Docs.
Problem is, we like dashboard and stats, our managers want to know the docs situation quickly, so know which subs doesn't follow up with the submittals, or which professional takes too much time to review document...
this could be accomplish with a BIM 360 Field style dashboard in BIM 360 Docs, even better with a Reports tools, like in Field..
exemple of report I'd like to have, once a week send by email to the project manager how many documents are on the status "waiting for review", sorted by subs...
Exemple of dash board I'd like to have: a pie chart showing how many documents have been refused, accepted, noted (and I can filter it by subs)
