E-mail notifications are issued with each step in the BIM 360 review and approval workflow. The workflow allows users to be added to the notification, who are not required to review. As such, the notification to non-reviewers should carry the title: For information only, no action needed

Excellent idea @dave.shepherd 

I would like to see some more control built into the reviews process as well.

When the review workflow is set up (we have 7 active review workflows on our project for different purposes) we have to specify the Approver, on our Project we nominate the 7 different supply organisations listed on the project, rather than the individuals, because to nominate all the people as reviewers would be inefficient and prone to mistake. When the Review is initiated, all of the project team is notified and we cannot amend the list of reviewers to just a few people that would be relevant to the package to be reviewed, therefore everyone gets an email notification even if they are not responsible.

It would be useful to have the option to add or remove review recipients?
