BIM 360 Doc's - Remove New Construction 3D View

The new update to BIM360 Doc's has included a feature where it automatically creates a 3D View of the uploaded 3D Model called 'New Construction'. I seem to have no functionality to control its parameters in the main model and as a result this particular 3D View shows all our worksets on one view which we or the client do not want. Can an update please be released to address this issue and allow the user to either delete this view altogether or at least be able to edit its parameters and control the workets?

Sorry for the inconvenience. We are working on a new tab in the viewer, which will show master viewers separately in Project files folder. 

Might I ask are you using Plans folder or Project Files folder?

Hi,

We use the Project Files folder for viewing the 3D Model as it gives us a bit more freedom and It is normally dictated to us as well by our clients to not use the Plans Folder.

Glad I came across this idea. Thought I was going crazy.

This New Construction 3D View is really annoying.

We have added the Phase tab for project files. Improvement to Plans folder is still under reviewing.

@socallaghan_epswater_com  why don't you create view set in Publish settings before you are going to publish the Model In BIM360 Docs. we will do the same then we will see only the selected views in Docs Web page. I hope it will solve your problem.

Hi @SreenivasChattu ,

Tailoring the publish settings did not solve our issue and was still uploading a 'New Construction' view as there was no option to turn this on or off.

The update from Autodesk since my original post has solved this problem though with the introduction of the phases tab.
