Basic Materials (hatches for siding) need to show up in 3D Viewer

The lines used in our Revit model material patterns don't show up in the 3D model viewed upload.

They aren't "custom images" that aren't linked, they're native elements.

We're using Consistent Color views - and so the base color is coming through, but not the line patterns with it.

Why not?

I've seen this post: @scott.a.green

I've also seen this post: @Roger_Feste-Symetri

And this declaration of unsupported features:

And some more posts on embedding materials:

Is there a setting in the viewer that I'm just missing seeing?

Based on this post - it's still an issue. @ignacio_suque

Maybe illustrating your idea with a screenshot taken in your authoring app (p'ly revit) and the same view in B360 would be a good idea.

Here you go! @MiWolff
(I added this image to a different post).
See image below. Left is Revit. Right is the Viewer.

We use Revit-native lineweights and colors in our drawings. Just lines and colors.
Not "custom images" that could cause linking issues.

The 3D shared model in the viewer doesn't display these. It should.
Consistent colors is the setting here.

The model patterns only show in layouted 3d views - rendering them useless as flexible view implements. Maybe it is valuable to repost this on an ideas forum Autodesk considers more modern and thus is more frequently visited?

Based on this post - it's still an issue. I added on to someone else's post there.

And also Yes - I think multiple redundancy applies to the forums.

The more posts the merrier.

What is your interest in this topic? Were you looking to adjust your own model display?

@lfarrell-arch No specific interest but this is one of the little nagging things that will make project leads shy away from using the web front end at all. Also I consider this a bug and expect this to be seen to presently. Given that Autodesk does not actively promote B360 but rather tolerates it, my only hope is that if they fix it in the successor piece, B360 might benefit as well. I hardly frequent the ACC/Forma forums.
