When assigning tasks to somebody a notice should automatically be emailed out letting that user know they've been assigned a task and give the details of that task. I realize the daily system notifications do this, but most users either turn these off or send them to a folder because they view them as spam or clutter. Targeted, specific, and timely notification of task assignments would make them more effective and useful to the projects.
