As part of an effective approval workflow it would be very beneficial that you can set a document to PDF once it has been through an approval workflow. If there could be a button similar to the copy to new folder within approval wokflow set up that reads:
*Once sheet has been approved create a pdf rendition - Yes or no (and choose an appropriate PDF print setup)
As part of the exchange of information on a project our clients generally ask for PDF's, .rvt/IFC and also NWF/NWD's if we can create an official Formal Issue approval workflow that triggers a creation of the above filetypes this will save us quite a lot of time with manual processes and can also work towards ISO19650 workflows.
