I just viewed a model using B360 Docs. I found an element that was modelled using the model text feature in Revit. Opening the properties window, I could scroll down and read the text content of said model text. I could even select it (turned blue). Sadly Ctrl+C or right-clicking did not copy the selection to the clipboard.
I did find that you could 'inspect' the properties window using your browser's development tools. In there, I found the properties window to be a collection of <div> statements the contents of which can be copied to the clipboard. I doubt this is the way to go for everybody.
