ACC - Meeting Minutes - Searchability

Meeting Minutes:  make them searchable

1. Both the minutes and the items should be searchable so that you can easily find discussion topics
2. Make the generated meeting minutes pdf export searchable.   Since the ACC Software is used to generate the pdf report of the minutes, the generated pdf should be a vector pdf rendering it searchable.  Currently, it is not a vector pdf and therefore not searchable when saved to FILES.

Searchability is critical, and would be the major reason to use meeting minutes over another tool.  I can deal with the lack of formatting options (even if it makes the tool limiting and harder to encourage adoption), but being able to quickly search for a meeting a person was at or all the meetings where a subject was discussed, all the meetings where an issue was listed is very important.  It's hard to sell leadership on "ACC meeting minutes are smarter" when we can't search them!
