Ability to Auto copy to two separate folders

We have the requirement after a drawing is Reviewed/Approved at 'discipline level' to auto copy to two separate locations. For example only some drawings that need to go through an 'inter discipline' check go to the folder and others move onto a folder for verification. Later after 'inter-discipline' reviews are done they too move to the folder for verification.

As much as I am keen for automation, Auto copy is like autopilot, people don't think what they are doing. We should rather leave this as a manual step so that people are reminded of what they are busy within the TQR process. Some drawings, like rebar, don't even have to be submitted for inter-discipline review. The human factor is still important in this process.
