Revit model Glue'ing automation

Is anyone aware of a tool that automates the Glue'ing process from Revit to 360Glue? My workflow involves manually opening 10-20 Revit files for each project and Glue'ing them one by one every Monday so that in weekly project meetings we are looking at the most current coordinated model.

My ideal workflow would be to set up some kind of automation of this process where I would be able to set up a tool that automatically converts revit projects to Glue through pre-assigned views and frequencies. This would vastly reduce my manual workload and would optimize the computing power of the office by setting up projects to Glue in the middle of the night.

Thanks!

ps. I understand we could offload this bulk work to each contractor to update their own models, however this tool would still be a more efficient use of everyone's time.

Hi @gregE4BEG,

Thank you for participating in our Community! Unfortunately, there are no automation for Gluing models at this time. This is an enhancement request and If you have any feedback that you would like to submit regarding any enhancement, please click on the “BIM 360 IdeaStation” link on the BIM 360 community home page.  This will help the Project Manager and developers hear your voice on any changes/concerns with functionality directly for consideration in future builds.

I would suggest to ask this question in BIM 360 API Forum, someone from this forum may have better suggestions.

Thank you and have a great day!

Anil,

This issue was not resolved by Autodesk, but it was solved by a competitor.

Thanks,

Erik

@ErikSanford Could you include the competitor's solution / link to product.

I have the same issue as @gregE4BEG and it would be a great help to automate this.

Regards,
Chris.

Chris,

Sorry for the long delay. I am switching from using Glue to using Revizto. The Revizto platform allows you to set up scheduled exports from Autodesk Authoring Software and Navisworks.

LoL. I'm currently w/ a company that still uses Glue. My previous employer now uses Revizto for coordination. In my current office, I am FREQUENTLY saying "yeah, Revizto does that automatically" or "we wouldn't have that problem if we used Revizto" or "all this could be in one place if we just used Revizto".
