Attachements and markups

Hello,

I've recently started exploring BIM360 Glue and hope to use it as a tool in our company, but of course I'm first testing some stuff to find out how it works and what you can do. I've had a look on the forum but couldn't find any solution yet. Here are some questions I was hoping to get answered:

- Using the BIM360 Glue desktop app I was able to attach fro instance a picture or document to an object. Now I was hoping to access this file in the BIM360 Glue iPad app when selecting that same object. I've been looking under views and item properties, but couldn't find this attached document. Am I looking in the wrong place? Or can't you view your attached files on the iPad app?

- Is there a way to take pictures on site with your ipad and use them as attachements to an object?

- Can you view markings made on your ipad in Navisworks? I think I have found a post concerning this toppic but I was wondering if it was already added or not? And if so, how can you display them?

Answer: Unfortunately, at this time BIM 360 Glue iPAD application doesn’t support viewing attachments from Glue Desktop.

Answer: At the moment BIM 360 Glue iPAD application doesn’t allow you to take pictures on the site and attach to an object. You can do it with BIM 360 Glue iPAD application.

- Can you view markings made on your ipad in Navisworks? I think I have found a post concerning this toppic but I was wondering if it was already added or not? And if so, how can you display them?

Answer: You can’t view mark-ups from BIM 360 Glue iPAD application using Navisworks. Marks-up from Glue stays with Glue and from Navisworks stays with Navisworks.
