Allow Navisworks to refresh a merged model while models are being glued

We have multiple users accessing the Glue model via Navis Manage.  When the users try to refresh the Navis model they get a notice that another model is being glued and cannot refresh the model.  One of the other users glued a model not the person refreshing the model.

Navis should refresh the changes that have already been glued and ignore anything that hasn't glued yet.  Not stop the whole process.
