Whilst I know Autodesk have been migrating Field across servers, I was giving a training course today and got a notification saying that Field was experiencing heavy usage and could not be accessed. This makes training people with a live demonstration challenging.
Is there a completion date for this available? I can then schedule my training courses for a time when the system is more stable.

I have run into similar issues myself in the past. You are probably already aware of this but you can visit health.autodesk.com to see the current status and usually any pending updates which might occur, however this is not always accurate because it is updated manually there are often delays in the updated status. See the results from yesterday. The health dashboard says it is currently working as expected.

Just too add to this. This is the absolute worst scenario for adoption. The team you are trying to train cannot use the software because of some error that is out of your control. It destroys any confidence they have in the software and makes adoption much more difficult.

Hello C.Hollett_Skanska,
Thank you for contacting Autodesk. On behalf of Autodesk, let me offer my apologies for any inconvenience incurred during yesterday's training. The potential impact to the user's confidence in the service, as this issue occurred during training, is a point well taken.
The actual issue referenced was an intermittent issues that was resolved shortly after the time that your original post was entered. Autodesk strives for maximum service availability and performance and this type of experience should certainly be rare and uncommon.
As cjcook has mentioned, please look towards the Health Dashboard for the current status and upcoming maintenance schedule for the Autodesk Cloud Services, including BIM 360.
Regards,
Don

Hi Clint and Don,
Thanks. I remember getting an email referring to the health dashboard but I think I just filed it and forgot about it. I'll bookmark it now, for reference when I am next planning training
Out of interest, I had a Plan B - working from previously created training materials. That, the clear benefits of Field and the fact I sit within calling distance of all of them seemed to leave the attendees happy enough to use the platform though.
