Model is processing...Waiting for Glue Processing.

Hi,

I have shared a Navisworks model (.nwd) from BIM 360 Glue into BIM 360 Field using the dropdown "share with field" option. The model appears on the BIM 360 Field ipad app, however on the desktop version it appears with the message "Model is processing..... Waiting for Glue processing." It has been saying this for the last 7 hours. The file is only 27,796KB in size so I don't think it should take that long to upload.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Issue was resolved by BIM 360 Glue team manually processing the model and re-sharing it with BIM 360 Field.

Hi Dan,

The problem was sorted by the BIM 360 Glue team. They remotely accessed the model, processed it and when I re-shared it with BIM 360 Field it worked. It might be worthwhile contacting them directly to see if they can do something similar for you?

The mapping process started in the end. I was just worried when it was hanging as I didn't want to loose any project data.
