Library Import Function Missing

Hello,

My company has ~50 projects within B3F and through the file importer i can only import to 7 of them. Is there an option that i need to select somewhere? I have account administrator privileges but don't see any obvious selection

Hi @Anonymous

From what you have described it sounds as though you only have the Document Manager Role enabled for certain projects. Please see the article linked below which looks at how to resolve this issue.

In BIM 360 Field, you are missing rights to upload or work with project library documents

As per the solution of this article, when are in the edit member dialog box as shown in the image below ensure that the Document Manager right is selected. Then once you have signed out and back into the Library Importer you should now see the project which you have changed your rights to shown. This process will need to be done for each project individually.
