Issues with running reports

I am having several issues..

-When running a issues report only a handful of items appear when running the report. I have 50 punch items.

-The pics do not show up when I run a report

-I work for a large GC that has an enterprise account with you yet I don't get phone or email support because I'm a non-subscriber? Interesting...

Below are some initial thoughts regarding your reporting issues.

Are you selecting a saved filter option from within the "Filter" drop-down list when selecting the report parameters?

- This is not a required parameter and would limit to report to a maximum number of issues that the saved filter within the issues area would return.

- If you are adding other parameters, this would limit the report further.

Within the report parameters under "Extras", are you selecting a value from the "Show attachments" drop-down list?

- Reports would otherwise default to "Don't show attachments" and would not generate images.

- You can further select size of the images that generate on the report: small, medium, or large.

If you are looking to see pushpins, that also would not show on the report by default. There is a separate "Pushpins" parameter, also under "Extras".

yes this answered my question. Thanks.

I am having a second issue however. When new issues are created, they disappear off the ipad when synced, except 5 issues marked as void. How do I sync so that all the issues on the bim 360 desktop also appear on the ipad?

I moved your later post after the most recent post still present in this thread to a new forum post: Sync is skipping issues. Both issues are likely either related to the issues sync setting that is selected on the iPad and/or possibly the saved filter parameters of the sync setting that has been selected. Please review the new thread and post any follow-up questions that you have there.
