I created a bunch of issues on a plan view, but when I synced to the computer they fell off the ipad and do not show up....All the filters are clear, I have re synced multiple times, even removed and reinstalled the app....

I have just received your case that you submitted regarding your issues not syncing to your iPad.  What is the name of the project that you are currently working in?  Have you attempted to sync one filtered set of issues at a time?  Can you also send me the sync diagnostics of your project?  Lastly, have you already attempted a Delete DB and Resync of your project?  Please let me know and I will assist you further.  Thanks.

Enabling diagnostics.
Go to the iPad home screen
From the iPad home screen, tap on the Settings icon.
On the left side of the page under Settings, scroll down to Apps and tap on BIM 360 Field.
On the right side of the page, a list of BIM 360 Field Settings will appear.
Turn on the option for Enable Debug Mode.
Once you have the diagnostics logging turned on, please login to the app and sync the project again then follow the steps below to send the logs into the helpdesk.

Sending the diagnostics to Support.
Within BIM 360 Field for iPad, tap on the Profile icon in the lower right corner of the screen and then tap the Send Diagnostics button that appears within the Signed in as window.
An email window should then appear with a .zip file attachment. The zip file contains the diagnostics for BIM 360 Field for iPad.
Within the body of the email enter a brief description of the reason for sending the diagnostics. Please enter the ticket number within the body of the email.
Tap the Send button to send the email into Support. (This assumes that the iPad has been configured with an email account.)

I have received your sync diagnostics.  I will go ahead and send this case to my colleagues for further support on this issue.  Thanks.

Hi @Anonymous,

I noticed that one of EP support team member (Robert Smith) help you resolve this issue. Here's what he did to resolve this issue:

I made sure my sync setting was set to "Confirming".
Afterwards, I tapped "By Location".  I then set my location from <Top Level> to "Building 300" (you can't view Pins from the <Top Level>). At that point I was able to view the pins that were placed at that location.

Please, let me know if you have any other questions or concern.

Thank you and have a great day!
