Working with BIM 360 I am working on site to fix 'issues' but probably 30% of the time the dropdown menu to change an 'open' issue to 'work completed' just remains inactive. I have tried logging out and back in, and reinstalling BIM 360 but nothing helps.
I can mark one is as complete, the second won't respond, I fix a third and go back to the second but still unresponsive. The issues were created by the same person on the same day in quick succession?
