iPad app crashes when selecting issues from menu

We have had numerous users reporting that their BIM 360 Field iPad app crashes upon selecting issues from the menu. All other menu options are fine.

Is this a known error? Is there a fix for this?

It occurs due to some junk information.

Hi @Anonymous,

Thank you for posting to the BIM 360 Field forum.  The behavior you are seeing has been submitted to the development team.  An improvement is expected within an upcoming BIM 360 Field iOS release to prevent this behavior.

A potential workaround until the improvement is released is to create saved filters that have search criteria based on the Author values you need access.
