How to associate a location / push pin in a document in the library for an issue

Is it possible to view and download older versions of document in library?

Yes all documents uploaded can be accessed. This is only through the correct allocated permissions. 

 

Your title and question are different. 

Regarding the title you can associate locations and pins to any issue.

Thanks Sean for the reply. Somehow the subject text got messed up that I didn't notice. My question is regarding, managing the versions of drawings in BIM 360 Field. While you can see that there are different versions, are you able to download an older version or view an older version? It seems it shows only a thumbnail preview of the older versions.

Hi Siva.
If there are versions on field you can access and download them. It is what bim360 is built for.

Hi Siva,

Only getting to it now. Sorry. 

If you go to the library and exit the library previewer. Then navigate to the relevant file. if you select the file you have you can revert back an version you want. Then click on the view tab on the top left. This will open up the previous document.
