I'm new to setting up BIM 360 with Infraworks. I managed to create a blank Infraworks model (with a iwm file extension in BIM 360) and it sits in BIM 360. When I try to view the document it states "Couldn't open the document. Try again."
Ultimately I want to allow multiple users to access the Infraworks model from BIM 360 and to load in Civil 3D.
The BIM 360 Project was created by external consultants who invited us to the project. What permissions do I need to achieve the above.
