Autodesk, we currently have a model that is taking much longer than usual to extract. It is still circling/extracting after 12 hrs, and I have cancelled it several times only to try again, but to no avail. Could someone please cancel it your end so we could run it again? I know I had this issue before and I allowed an Autodesk rep access to cancel it.
