Low Quality MEP & Ceiling Plans

Anonymous
Not applicable

I'm having trouble with the quality of the MEP and some ceiling plans. When I zoom in they look like pictures with very low quality.

Should I change something on the view range or what might it be?

Hi

Looks like you are using BIM 360 Docs and the viewer inside. I don't believe there is any additional control there.  I cannot tell what exactly the issue is in your image.  You may want to report to BIM 360 Docs product forum as this forum is about API.

Currently, there is not API to customize the viewer used in the Docs directly.

That said, I'm aware that occasionally, I hear our partners reporting a poor quality of rendering, such as rebar of Revit model using Forge viewer.

If this is about using Forge Viewer, we may want to have an example of a model that we can report to the product team.
