Is there a way to create, revise, or query for BIM 360 Field Hyperlinks on a document?

Hi dbower,

Could you describe what you wish to do in more detail?  Maybe adding a screenshot of UI might help understand your question better.

Thank you for your cooperation.

We would like to be able to define a link between two documents so that
a user could quickly navigate between the two. For example to go from a
floorplan to a section/detail/elevation.

The documentation says that Hyperlinking is supported between document,
but there does not seem to be a REST API call to establish the links.

I hope that helps....

Regards,

Doug

Hi Doug,

Are you trying to add a markup link under library?  e.g.,

http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/bim-360-ideastation/hyperlinking-views-with-bim-360-field/idi-p/553154...

If so, markup is not supported, yet.

The BIM 360 Cost Management API (beta) provides access to the data stored in the BIM 360 Cost Management module. It allows you to manage cost and budget changes to your projects, such as accessing budget, contract, and change order information.
Open the main Revit file from BIM 360 and, [from] the Manage Tab > Manage Project panel (Manage Links), reload the link from the cloud location. Save the file, sync with central and publish.
Open your design or PDF file.
Click Add New Hyperlink.
Click and drag to select where to add the link.
In the dialog box, navigate to a folder and then select a document to link to.
Click Open to save the hyperlink.
