I'm following this route to implement Select a element both in Linked File and UnLinked File in Revit.

But my file is in a BIM360 project, it throw a Exception "This Element does not represent an external file."
Is there anyone knows how to deal with this situation? I'm blocked. How to GetAllLinkedDocuments in BIM360 project by Revit.
