Display measure and markup dynamically in forge web viewer - Revit 3d model

Measure along with mark-up should be displayed dynamically on the BIM360 forge web viewer similar to the attached screen shot.

I'm trying to achieve this functionality using below reference urls:
1. https://forge.autodesk.com/blog/area-planning-tool-forge-viewer-and-mysql (for measure)
2. https://github.com/wallabyway/markupExt (for mark-up)

I am able to display measure or mark-up but not both at the same time.

Please suggest ways to integrate measure and mark-up with text.

Any suggestions/references will be a help.
