Data Management API - Clarification needed on folder contents endpoint

I'm querying the contents of a BIM 360 docs folder using this endpoint:

https://developer.api.autodesk.com/data/v1/projects/:project_id/folders/:folder_id/contents

I'm using the attributes.displayName property to display items but somehow the information I get is different from what I see in the BIM 360 docs web interface. What I see in docs web interface:

I noticed that for folders the current name is stored in attributes.name but for items there's only attributes.displayName property and name does not exist.

Can anyone clarify the difference between displayName and name please and if what I'm doing is guaranteed to work? I couldn't find this in the documentation.
