Hi,
Is it possible to change the status of a created issue from void to open through Forge API?
I have read some older posts where it was declared that is not possible https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/bim-360-support/changing-issue-status-from-void-to-open/m-p/8574068/h...
But, this article is two years old and I have tried it and I am able to change the status form void to open as an admin in your web portal https://docs.b360.autodesk.com/.
So why is it not possible to do it via Forge API? https://forge.autodesk.com/en/docs/bim360/v1/reference/http/field-issues-:id-PATCH/ if I am logged as admin?
I receiving this error as response in request:
