BIM 360_Missing textures - everything turned grey in 3D view

After sharing a new package of Landscape model, everything turned grey in our coordination model (which has Architecture, Landscape, structure,... models linked in)

when I view models separately in BIM 360, they seem to be ok, except the Landscape which has the same problem.

I am posting two screenshots, before and after the "Grey out" !

PS: neither I nor the landscape architect have an idea where the red color comes from either.

appreciate any ideas
