ACC - Notification that a project has finished processing?

Is it possible to monitor an ACC file and to get a notification (through an API?) when that ACC project has been updated and processed?

For example, I'd want to know when a file I'm monitoring has been successfully updated from version 15 to v16 without having to ping the file at all times until I detect a change version.

@mikako_harada Could I get an answer on this request? It will affect us a lot if we're not able to receive automatic notifications that projects we are watching have been updated and are ready to ingest into our system.
