I am trying to connect to the BIM 360 API, but every time I make a POST request to /api/login I am getting a 401 Unauthorized response.
Trying various suggestions I have seen on this and other forums (such as including .eu in the URL) have not resolved the issue. I can log in fine using the website.
Whilst reading around the issue, one solution I found referenced old trial projects that had been used on the account ( http://www.arch-pub.com/BIM-360-API-fails-when-trying-to-connect-to-Field_10891169.html ). I think this may be what is happening in my case, as I did have a trial of 360 field a couple of months ago.
Would it be possible for the expired trials to be removed from my account please?
