set_property"color" change to math4(RGBA)

How do I change a set_property to vector4? Like to have RGBA .

I fixed it. I had a texture map vertex baked to a poly plane using Maya prelight. It gave me RGBA as colorset. to get RGBA in to set_property"color" I had to add a value node and that way I was able to change the value from vector 3 to 4 and that gave me RGBA. Now the particles are textured.

For anyone else looking for how to do this, I've made a little recording showing you how to.

Thanks Morten,

So I could have used set_geo_property too. Thanks for your input.

Why there is no effect in new Maya and Bifrost? Set_geo_property "color" don't work

Add an assigned diagnostic material node instead. Maya changed the default material a few versions ago, from the typical lambert to the standard Surface.
