points flow on surface

Hi there. As the title i will like to create some effects. I want the scatter generated from mesh, to move on the surface itself. I 'm trying to connect a lot of nodes(i dont' have an idea of what most of the nodes do)

I image scatter point, emitting particles on the surface, but still over the surface, controlling the movement by noise or curl. Thanks to anyone can help me.

In order to do the noise, i can understand that is inside the compound that all do. I'll try to add noise on the position of compound. But with no luck.

I'm back to answer another question. I 've try before a lot of times but with no results. How do i set the size of point based age and how do i set the age of the points, so at certain frame it begun to disappear.

I'm able to figure out how to do a variable size, but it grow infinite. Any advice?
