Empty that folder (it's your WIndows log-in temp folder), ensure your downlaod does NOT reside in your system's DOCUMENTS folder (put it on your desktop, ensure you have full admin rights to install new software, and try again.

Have you disabled you Antivirus when installing?

Just out of interest, what OS are you installing on and is it 32 or 64 Bit?

Duncan...disabling the AV allowed me to get to the install screen, then I got a message that my system does not meet the requirements!  I think I have all the system requirements...see attached snip of my PC and the requirment PDF.  THANK AGAIN!!!!

@Anonymous

Would it not let you progress despite the minimum requirements popup? Maybe this was just a warning... do you have a screenshot?

If you can progress i would try and then turn of Hardware Acceleration for Trueview. Give it a shot!

Duncan,

just for the heck of it I checked to see if windows was totally updated...there were two optional windows 7 updates that were not automatically done...I did them...and tried the exe again and it ran perfectly!  I guess those were more important that "Optional"!!!

Thank you so much!!!

great forum!
