Contractor Drawings

Hi there Everyone!!

 

I wanted to know.. i am working on some DWG for a contractor and i wanted to know...do i have to use a specific letter on my DWG file name for contractors?

 

can someone help me with this?

That's up to you and your contractor my friend: have you two talked about it yet? Pick up the phone and have a chat.

There isn't an industry standard for this.

Drafting is a breeze and Revit doesn't always work the way you think it should.

and, even if there were, their in-house standards would probably override it anyway. 😉 

 

Whatever is in the contract. If it's not in the contract, it's still worth having a chat about, just to make things as simple as possible.
