The construction and operation of large metro rail systems require effective collaboration and coordination among various stakeholders, including owners, designers, contractors, and operators. Building Information Modeling (BIM) has become a key enabler for effective collaboration and coordination in the AEC industry, and BIM 360 is a cloud-based BIM platform that supports project teams in managing their BIM workflows and data across the project lifecycle. This presentation will showcase , how Delhi Metro have used BIM360, and created an client controlled collaborated environment for the enabling the process, and have been changing the BIM industry for Infrastructure projects, especially metro projects in India.
