Hello,

I'm trying generate an analysis of a Revit model. But I received the same answer for few days: "The service is experiencing some problem. Please try again later".

The problem is that, I've tried to do the same with the model provided by the Whole Building Energy Analysis with Revit Course ("HealthCenter-PraticeModel") and the analysis ocurrs easily.

I have an student license and this analysis is quite important to my finish work at college.  Does anyone can help me?

Hello,

There were some account access problems that were fixed in Revit 2017.1. However the old Energy Analysis feature is no longer available in that version. We have replaced it with a feature called Insight, which is a new way of performing energy analysis.

If you need to use the Energy Analysis feature in an older version of Revit you can use this public account to finish your certificate/assignment. Please delete your project after you are done.

Try to check the location, it don't must be a coordinate numbers but it has to be a specificate location (city name).

Insight work using the nearnest meteo station between the city; it's not important use the specificate coordination.

After modificate this thing, my project work well

Hello
Try this: Select the location icon in the Insight panel, enter a street address (or town) instead of the latitude and longitude coordinates of the location. YOu can move the pin on the map if you wish. Then and then select a weather station from the dropdown list to the left of the map. It will choose one by default, but you made wish to choose a different one.

This might resolve the problem you are experiencing.

Same problem for me here, running the latest and greatest version of Revit 2022.1. Tried the suggestion above about selecting the Location from the Default City List, however that did not resolve the issue. I also tried checking my Language settings, as suggested elsewhere and that likewise did not resolve the issue. I have encountered this issue now on several different RVT models, and on several versions of Revit. Any other suggestions to resolve the issue? Thanks!
