I've run a very simple building model for my thesis in the Insight 360 cloud. And since it's been one day, I don't even receive any response and it is still running. Why is such a super slow feature introduced!!!

Hi @jubayer40 ,

thank you for reaching out on the Community Forum.

Are you using Autodesk Insight Total Carbon for your analysis?

Hi @jubayer40,

I tried to perform a quick simulation in Autodesk Insight Total Carbon regarding the RVT model you shared and it seems that everything works correctly. Take a look at the attached screenshot.

I did not investigate the nature of the results but, overall, the simulation was successfully completed in less than 10 minutes.

Could you regenerate the EAM based on Conceptual Masses and Building elements and re-trigger the analysis in Autodesk Insight Total Carbon please?

We look forward to hearing from you

Best,

Giuseppe

Hi @jubayer40 ,

Regarding the issue you were facing in RVT2024 related to the energy analysis. Is there a chance you can update your RVT2024 version to the latest 2024.3.3?

You can find the latest update here

Once you upgrade your RVT2024 version, please re-run the analysis. You will get the same results you are getting within RVT2025.

Let us know if you need additional support.

Best

Giuseppe
