"GreenBay" is a sustainable design proposal for a plot along the coast of San Diego's, aimed at integrating seamlessly with the existing urban landscape. Using Forma's data and analytical tools, I conducted a thorough site analysis to develop core concepts focused on energy-efficient buildings, natural airflow, and vibrant public spaces. The design prioritizes pragmatic structures, high-quality outdoor areas, and well-placed green spaces to improve the microclimate and foster community. The project also enhances key connections to the city, including a new main street and waterfront lined with shops and restaurants, ensuring a human-centered, sustainable urban design.
