Some questions and remarks about Drive

Ok, so most of my questions are already answered in the topics here but i had some difficulty finding this forum...

Anyway, i still have some questions:

1. I have 100GB on A360 Drive, the Autodesk Drive is 25GB (learned that in one of the topics here).

If these are to be merged at some point in time, how will that difference be addressed?

2. When on the Drive webpage, if i click on "Terms & Conditions" the page that gets shown does not have a specific mention for this Drive.

What "Terms & Conditions" apply?

3. i noticed there was an "upload from dropbox" option, if that is possible... will there be an "upload from A360 Drive" option?

Hello Niels,

  1. Right, Autodesk Drive is 25GB today. That said, 100GB is under review for the reasons that you mentioned. Autodesk Drive will be the new subscription benefit that customers will get with some of the Autodesk Desktop products. This benefit will be rolled out to customers in a phased manner through this year
  2. A360 Terms of Service will apply to Autodesk Drive as well
  3. Upload from A360 Drive will not be available in Drive. However, with Drive, you will be able to install Desktop Connector which creates a virtual drive on your machine. With Desktop Connector you will be able to manage all your data locally on the machine. This will allow you to drag and drop files into your Drive account.  Note that Desktop Connector for Drive is only available on Windows operating system for now.

Hope this helps.

Hi I use A360 Drive and A360 Desktop with AutocadLT

I tried using Autodesk Desktop Connector however I am unable to write to it....

with further investigation I got this message (Attached) advising my subscription"ENTITLEMENT" had expired. And a new a new entitlement.

It does not say how to get one ...

What will AutocadLT users do when you phase out A360desktop and A360 Drive?

Hi there,
Autodesk Drive comes as a subscription(so no maintenance plans) benefit with a vast set of products. I'm unsure if LT products give right to Drive.

Please login on manage.autodesk.com and check if it is.listed under your products.
