Shared links keep resetting

So I am using the Drive as A360 is now being retired.  I am creating a folder for each project and sharing the source files to clients.  For some reason the shared links keep resetting and this is creating more and more work for us.

 

At these times working remotely is great for us but not if the platform is not stable.

 

Can the developers please look into this and advise.

What does 'resetting" mean please?

Not working.  When you share the file you create a link which can be copied and emailed to others.  The link doesn't work and you have to start again.

Hello,
What is the file type you are trying to share? 
Do you get any error msg when the link is not working?

I am uploading DWG files created on ACA 2018.  There is no error message that I am aware of but my customers are saying the links no longer work.  I recopy the links, email and they work.

I don’t have the broken links at the moment but on more than one occasion my customers have told me that the links don’t work (1st problem) and we have found the shared option turned off (2nd problem).

 

I will try to create a folder and send you the link (DM) and you can periodically test etc.
