HD Partitions removed from local drive after Desktop Connector update

Some partition have been removed form a local PC hard drive after an update of Autodesk Desktop Connector (I think either last of V.15x or first of V16.x). This is obviously extremely annoying and needs a quick resolution. Why has this update screwed up my HD and what can I do to recover the partitions?

That tool has not support in this forum or any other forum.
