Update failed

I was using Autodesk 3ds max 2020. After the 2020.3 update came, I made the update. However, the "exe" file has disappeared and I started the necessary start to design 3-4 "dll" contents, although I deleted it and reinstalled it and despite the current removal uninstall, this problem was not solved. help plss.
