Unable to uninstall RSA 2019

I tried to update RSA 2019 but it got corrupt Then i unistalled it and when i try to install it again it says that it is already installed.

How did you uninstalled the product, is it from control panel or by using autodesk uninstall tool?

could you please check, is there any UPI2 values left under registry(HKLM/software/autodesk/UPI2) related to RSA 2019 ? if so, please delete.

could you please try this also?

Exit Autodesk desktop app(from system tray menu)
Stop AdAppMgr Service(task manager)
%Programdata% > Autodesk > Delete the “SDS” folder
Restart Autodesk desktop app.

i would like to know more about the issue, could you please send me the log files?

It has worked
Seems like i was not deleting UPI2 folder and SDS folder.
