unable to load AutoCad 2022, asking for serial number

The following 2 screens show up when I open AutoCad.  

this one when I "X" out of the serial number page.  

My professor says I do not need a serial number or network license to use this program.  Live chat is not being helpful.

You will need to contact EDU Support, your second screenshot says you're not authorized to use the program yet.

I think it might be with my Verification?  I don't know really.  I keep getting this once I hit the submit button.
