Revit update not responding

i open the autodesk desktop app and revit needs 11 updates but when i press the update button windows asks for user permission for the desktop app then the button gets back unpressed

 

i am using

Autodesk Revit 2020

windows 10 64 bit

 

i tried reinstalling the desktop app with no success also i disabled the antivirus completely before reinstalling the desktop app and no success

Download your Revit updates from your Autodesk account directly (not via the app), then run them as administrator.

Are you seeing 11 Revit updates on autodesk desktop app? all updates are 2020 or different versions?

 

could you please try this?


Exit Autodesk desktop app(from system tray menu)
Stop AdAppMgr Service(task manager)
%Programdata% > Autodesk > Delete the “SDS” folder
Restart Autodesk desktop app.

 

I would like to know more about the issue. could you please send me the log files?
