Revit DB Link 2019 installed, but still in ADA listed

After installing Revit 2019 I went for the installation of the Revit DB Link 2019 add-on.

The installation process started as expected. And after a few seconds the Autodesk Desktop App marked the DB Link add-on as "installed". But after a few seconds, the link for installing the DB Link 2019 add-on re-appeared again in the ADA. This happens every time, I try to install the DB Link add-on.

Any known problems (and/or solutions) in this case?

Thanks for your feedback.

You can see the Revit DB Link 2019 as an update on Autodesk desktop App. if you installed the Revit 2019 then the Revit DB Link 2019 show as update in Updates section on Autodesk desktop App.

I think 2 weeks back, it shows Zombie behavior, product team fixed the issue. its working fine now.

Hope this helps.

Regards,

Srinivas.

Dear Srinivas,

Finally I found the Reviti DB Link 2019. I found it in the management area of my Autodesk account, under the upgrates and add-on of Revit 2019 product. So I attached the screenshot.

What do you think?

Best,

Ale

Dear a.nocentini,

Thanks for sharing the screenshot.  The screenshot shows from accounts portal not from Autodesk desktop app.

If you installed Revit 2019 product form Accounts portal or from Autodesk desktop App and you haven't installed the revit db link 2019 update(add-on) from accounts portal, you can see the Revit db link 2019 update on Autodesk desktop app and you can install from Autodesk desktop app.

Hope this helps

Regards,

Srinivas.
