Previous Installations

I have a subscription to Revit LT Suite.  I have installed the 2021 version for both Revit LT and Autocad LT and the updates for those versions that are displayed in the desktop application.  There is one Revit 2020 hot fix that keeps displaying and I'm leery of installing it.  I also look at my installed programs and see that previous 2020 and 2019 versions of both programs are on my computer.  Should I uninstall those previous versions?  If I do, will the desktop application quit displaying the hot fix for Revit LT 2020?  just need a little guidance.  Thanks.

It's up to you if you want to continue using them or not.

I believe that's how it's supposed to work, however in practice it varies.

Generally I would advise against using the Desktop App and get all your updates from your Autodesk account directly.
