Infraworks installation

Hello there
I am so nervous maybe tried 10 times to install infraworks. Once I was installed but deleted it then cannot install it anymore. I did everything to clean log files. My Steps :
1- uninstalled from add or remove programs
2- Cleaned manually from C:/ (everything about autodesk) C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Autodesk
C:\ProgramData\Autodesk
3-Cleaned from registry.
4- disabled antivirus before installing.

But still it says "a newer version of this product is already installed"

I'am looking for your helps.

Have you checked that UPI2  values are deleted from registry path: Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Autodesk\UPI2\

Also check if there are any Infraworks folders in following path. If yes then please delete :

- HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Autodesk\
- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Autodesk\

Also you can  use the Microsoft FixIt tool to check if it can find anything left of InfraWorks on the computer.

as I said, I've tried them all,also fix it. still same there is nothing about autodesk in my pc. What should I do ? thank for reply.

Did you tried to install the infraworks product from Autodesk desktop app or accounts portal?

I would like to know more about the issue, could you please send me the log files?

Downloaded it from autodesk offical website.
I dont have log file. I have the adappmgrsvc at services but it doesnt work (it says, stopped but not by myself)

Hi @Anonymous 

As you have mentioned that adappmgrsvc is stopped, it seems that your ADA has issues. Can you uninstall it from your machine.

Please download and install latest version of ADA from here: https://www.autodesk.com/desktop-app

After you install new version of ADA, please send us the logs. Instructions have been sent to you by my colleague Mr. Srinivas in previous post to you. 

Can you also check in Registry, UPI2 values, if there is any UPI2 value of Infraworks? If exists please delete it and then try to install again from ADA.

We are waiting for logs from you. Have you installed latest version of ADA and checked UPI2 values in Registry, as we described in previous reply?

Hi, Thank you. Had the same problem. After deleting from registry and rebooting I manages to reinstall infraworks from Autodesk desktop app.
